New Year Eve... 01.01.2010...

I'm blogging very slow recently....
Very very slow....
A week ++ had been passed but now I only blog about my new year eve.. -_-
Have to fast fast blog this before the mood really all gone... hmmm.....

The memory of last new year eve still fresh, the new new year eve was here again...
Time flied really really really fast...

Last year new year eve, went to Auto City and then "yum cha" in Kulim with colleagues...
This year, was having the celebration in Penang Island... same gang, but are ex-colleagues liao... and the gang is bigger...
Last year we're 5 then 4, this year is 13... hoho...

As last year, our MAIN mission is not on New Year celebration but is the birthday celebration.

We had his birthday celebration at Ingolf's Kneipe German Restaurant & Bar.

Environment, food and price also ok la~ not bad.. not bad.. hehe.. ^^

After the birthday celebration + dinner, we went to Batu Ferrighi next.

Went to the bar nearby the beach...
(I very "sua pa huan" 1st time there, never know got bar or bistro there.. *pai seh pai seh*)

Had some drinks there and then chit chat at the beach...

Full moon (is Blue Moon :D ) and the wave considered quite strong...
Long long time never "wasting time" on the beach... nice... ... :)

12:00 am, saw nice fireworks from Hard Rock Hotel....
But I think Hard Rock's clock is faster... few mins earlier...

Felt like want to enjoy watching in real than seeing through monitor... ^^

And then we had our third round at Faces....
Supper for some ppl and only drink and chit chat for us :D
2nd time there, still not nice food... hmm....

3 rounds, reached home that time is already 2am something....
Planned to back SP at frist, but everyone was asking me to stay...
hmm.. not to make them worry so I be a good gal....
If not... hmm.... reach hometown will be 3am something lo.. hehe..

OK... is always good to be a good gal...
01.01.2010 first day of the year, I completed one of my Must Do things in my list (ok... the "must do" can be change anytime.... so the list is.. hehehehehe...)

I always tell myself, one day I must take a pic of the sunrise at Gurney drive when I drive to work...

Don't know what was I thinking last year, I had my new year in Kulim...
Woke up, online...msn, remembered got chatted with a broken heart friend then I went to KFC for brunch and shopped at The Store alone... really dunno why I have my new year so boring there... weird...

So this year, I back to hometown....

Christmas... ...

☃ Christmas passed... hmm... dunno why lack of Christmas mood this year... very weird... hmm....

☃ Can't remember how I celebrated my Christmas eve and Christmas last year, perhap just stay at home and watched Christmas programs. But this year, I celebrated Christmas eve with ex-colleagues... Too bad Sam Sam and k@t@k not able to join us but stayed in office...
☃ Not went to steamboat as planned due to someone want us to change place last minute. grrr~~~ as I already told the take over organizer I want to scold ppl on this so i think is ok to do it here too... #@%$^&%&^%$^%">#@%$^&%&^%$^%"%#@%$^&%$^%"%#@%$^&%&^%$^%@!# what la!! Spoiled the mood!!!! eiks~~~~ erm... Meeting the gang is fun but... hmm... not really a good Christmas eve...
☃ I got a parking 'saman' on that day (sis said can ignore one wo..hehe..) and King Kong's baby was injured in Auto City... bad...
☃ Had our countdown at Auto City, saw fireworks but still can't feel the Christmas... oh ya~ thanks SY for driving me to Auto City... thanks ya :)

☃ Christmas day stayed at home watched tv, sleep and online... dunno how much I missed but can't find much happy Christmas tv programs this year... hmmm...

☃ A day after Christmas... 4 1/2 ginna in our family (bro-in-law is half... hehe..) run from home from morning til night... hohoho...
☃ We went to McD, had my 1st prosperity burger this year as my lunch, but... I really think it's not nice as last year, as before... hmmm..... too bad....
☃ And then we went to sing k. oops.. 3rd time in this month... over liao... hehe...

☃ Is fun to sing siao siao and happy songs... hehehe....

☃ After K we had Thai food...

☃ Is Seafood in Spicy Lemon sauce, but to us is only cooked seafood, dunno where is the spicy lemon saucy... but taste ok pun la....

☃ Watched the blue human movie then...


☃ Yeah~ Is Avatar. A movie that tell me human is bad.. very very bad... Businessman will do whatever for $$$$$ and army is the cruelest. Army has no heart to other, focus on target and only follow order... haizh~
☃ Army 很無情... ... in the movie... (ok.. beside the gal one... )

☃ After movie, have some little shop.... and know what.. finally I got the best gal's gown (ok.. bride maid.. -_- ) My younger sis have the same style as mine but different design, mine one more simply, younger sis one more princess :D hmm... have to eat more and make myself fatter or will follow the initial plan take back to the shop and make it fit few months later :D (no pic show until my sis wedding day :D )

☃ After my elder sis happy paying for her 2 little sis (nyek nyek nyek~), we went to Chai Leng Park to have our dinner/ supper :P
☃ My sis and I shared a 'bak kut teh' which is really not nice... no taste... sien... and have this....



☃ hehehe.. yeah~ my favourite, chicken wings :D This was highly recommended by my ex-colleague. 2nd time I tried this, hmm... not that really really really nice as he said hmm... dunno ah~~~~~

☃ Christmas holiday and weekend is finishing... hmm... tomorrow start to work again... sien... expecting Thursday and have holiday on Friday again... hmm...

☃ Thinking to give up on something in this Christmas holiday... is it good to give up? hmmm...

☃ oh~ gosh.. I haven't finish the 2nd set of CDA... should send out before Christmas but now is after Christmas.. oops....

Company Xmas Party

I work in this building...
Is a blue colour building :)

I got a big place in office, really a big area, much more bigger than others even the manager :P
And it is also the only place with Christmas decoration in office...
I thought I will everyday in happy mood when in office at the beginning of Dec, cos we set a big, colourful and blink blink Christmas tree just in front my seat....

But... after the set-up day, I am super duple busy everyday....
They keep adding job scope to me... So tension in office now...
Haizh~ make me forget to look at the tree, can't enjoy the Christmas feel... :(

However, past Thursday, got a little rest time in office hour :D
We rented an empty lot at the upper floor for our company Xmas lunch.
The Christmas songs brought the Christmas spirit back :D

We ordered buffet lunch from Eden...

The set up really in Christmas mood... all in green and red :D

And there is a Christmas tree and Santa Claus on the table.
But hor... I think hor... they have 'served' people for years... know what I mean? :P )

The food run out very fast....
yeah, one of the reason is...
The food quite ok, quite nice pun.... and... everyone is hungry and.... the food really not much la!!!!!

I tried everything bit, ok la.. as I said, nice pun...
Laksa is good too, but got colleagues complained it's bit too sweet...
hmm... a colleague keep saying the Ais Kacang is nice... but I not really got that chance to try how nice is it, after only few sips I had, manager already asked me to help in gift exchanging section.. eiks... eat pun "bo eng" -_-

Yeah... we also have gift exchange, but not everyone joining in this activity, I'm one of them... hehehe....
e... I hor... I have no heart on buying Christmas gift to ppl I don't want to.. so... can skip I skip la.. wahahahahahaha... phew~ luckily can skip... save money, energy and time... wahahahahahaha....

They opened the gift on the spot, and everyone keep saying they like the gift...
But the very bad me, whisper with the other colleague (also din join the activity one.. hohoho..)... I really wonder hor.. is it true that they really like the gift??? Cos some hor really is ... "gift".. hoho... un what I try to say? haha...

After photo taking and 2 games, the party ended and what else?

Hehehe... Went to Redbox with E-ting after work on the same day, watched mv and sang until midnight... hehehe...

Farlim Night Market

I go home and sleep very early after work after work in Penang.
Almost everyday is the same, not much entertainment...
Except... Wednesday :D

Mel is the first brought me to Farlim Night Market...
She said sure I will like it...
And then....
End up... Yeah~ I really like it...
A lot of good food selling there...
wahahahaha.... yum~ yum~ yum~~~

Almost every time there I always will buy this...

I will ask uncle to give me lot of curry power when I order...

Only focus on the spicy fried chicken and never notice this hot dog until E-ting said want to try this last Wednesday.

When E-ting and I there last Wed at around 7:30pm, people were already queuing...
Before they start their business, they on their light and settle their things, people already queuing... woo... geng right?
Not lot of ingredient, no prawn, only 'char sui' and vege, (keep in mind... is only RM1.50...) but really taste nice.
Sam Sam, SL, KW and CF joined us later, 6 of us also said it's yum~ yum~ yum~~~
Yeah~ really cheap and delicious.

CF bought something like salty fried sotong rings and that one taste nice also.
Not really know him well, scare will scare ppl away, so din take the pic of the sotong rings.. hehe...

Is 1 am ++ now, I should in my sweet sweet dream at this moment...

Sometime bad happened... really really bad... bad until keep me awake at this time...

*MY PITY SPECS!!!!*

Ya~ that's my specs...
I accidentally pressed on it and it became imbalance...
The skru was bit out of its position, then I "kepo" open it and tried to fix the shape and put back the skru.. who know... grrr~~ getting worse...
Now the skru totally cannot fix it....
Not only that, I scratched my glasses while I "kek gao gao" to fix it...

So down now... haizh~~~~

Will send to repair tomorrow, hope "she" will be alright... ...

'neh neh' lunch + Hard Rock Buffet

Believe me or not, a month ++ in this company, I never lunch with colleague/s until yesterday.
Lunch time is my only rest time in working hour so hmm... try to avoid to talk...
Used to need to wait for technician, vendor, dispatch boy or someone at lunch time, so a good reason to skip lunch with other...
Always say "no, thanks" to colleagues when they say want to 'ta pao' for me too, too tension to eat in office.. I don't want...

Until yesterday, hmm.. finally successfully lunch with the HR officer (we always say want to lunch together, but our timing always missed, either she in rush or I got something else to do....)
Then join also the other 2 managers...
End up = 2 1/2 "neh neh" + me... (one is Chindian so)

Super jam when lunch time (yeah.. as usual) but sitting the manager BMW car.. woo.. quite comfortable, no complaint.. hehehe... + they shared me a lot of Indian storied and jokes... hohoho... funny... real story about India also.. hohoho...

They brought me to a "neh neh" restaurant in Little Indian eat "neh neh" food.
We ordered banana leaf, banana leaf already got come with a lot of small dishes, but they still ordered 6 dishes of fish, vege, chicken..
wooo~ heavy lunch, ate like forget we're going to have a company staff dinner later....

Yup~ our company had International Buffet for staff in Hard Rock Hotel.

Leave office at 6pm, avoided traffic jam, got big event in Hard Rock, lot people there, but not many people take buffet there yet.

The "international" er... got some (only few type) sushi, Asian food and desserts.

Tried every food bit (hmm... avoided some colleague said bad one)

Quite disappointed, bit over price for food, not really super nice food, ok ok, like that only...

But yeah... eat there is pay for environment.
hmm.. some nice too la... like raw salmon and their desserts :)

Finance colleagues super like the lobster too...

I din take a lot of desserts, but the few I had is nice, and heard my colleagues said this cake is nice, that cake is nice too...

I left very early, as the food not really attracted me + my table start talking on their kids story liao... got gap...
Back hometown is the best excuse to run :)

Planed to walk around Hard Rock and take some pics one... but no mood when there....

The IT colleague is back!!!

Yeah! My IT colleague finally back from her maternity leave!!!
So nice to meet the IT gal...
Starting today, I no need to always run to server room, recieve the S'pore IT guys phone call for more than 10 per day.
phew~~~

Oh... yeah~ today one of the S'pore IT guy was scolded by his manager because of me...
ngek~ngek~ ngek~~~
Due to mis-communication or communication error or watever la...
(A lot of time, I really so hope to smash the IT guys when talking with them. hmm... quite sure not my problem, cos few ppl have the same feeling like me too. But luckily their manager is ok.. phew~~~)

I raise a form to get my manager, the ASEAN VP to approve, then VP went to their manager and their manager called me.
He always nice to me, in person or even on phone call.
We talked talked talked then found out this is not my job but IT, and also found out his "kar kia" din send the message well (ok.. not an issue for me to raise the form, but just that should be his 'kar kia' job)
Then the manager questioned his sub-ordinate...
He din put the line on hold so I heard some part of their conversation...
Hoho~~~~ feel so sorry to that IT guy...
But need to let him know too "Next time say properly la!!!"

Oh.. yeah... I hor.. think hor.. the 2 S'pore IT guys hor.. bit hor.. siao siao one lo...

Mr C: Sorry GiGi, I need your help again.
Me: Yes, anything.
Mr C: Can you go to server room now, I need you help me to do something.
Me: Ok (Hang up the phone and go to server room. Then call him from server room)
Mr C: Look at the laptop I asked you to set, I'm going to remote open file from here.
Me: You want me here to see you remote open file?
Mr C: Yes... I want to count the timing...
Me: *sweating -_-" *

Case 2:
A new hire workstation is not connected to the printer.
Mr C called me.
Mr C: Can you give me your IP address I want to check what is the setting to the printer.
Me: But she (the new hire) is not using the same printer wo...
Mr C: Which printer you using?
Me: Toshiba, she use Richo one. That time you boss help me set to Toshiba liao.
Mr C: Is ok, let me check...
Me: (give him my IP address, he click here and there then...)
Mr C: GiGi, I'm going to ask the gal to print a document, you go to Toshiba printer check see her print out got or not.
Me: huh? How do I know what she print? You ask her go to the printer check herself la...
Mr C: ok... I will ask her go to check herself.
Me: ok, bye bye -_-"

Mr S called me.
Mr S: GiGi, can you take the R40 notebook out and give to Ms A?
Me: huh? Alice already have her notebook, why need to give her another one?
Mr S: Is it? Mr C asked me to give the R40, pervious owned by WK one to Ms A.
Me: Ms A or Ms J? Ms J is the one replacing WK, should be her right?
Mr S: I forward you the mail and you read.
Me: Ok (read the mail) I think Mr C typed the wrong name kot, should be to Ms J, read the email below, he replied to the manager said will give to Ms J.
Mr S: oh... hmm.. can you help me call and check with Mr C?
Me: huh? He and you in S'pore, I in Malaysia. You same department with you one wo. You want me to called him and asked? He not just sit beside you meh?
Mr S: Ya.. he's just beside.
Me: er... so you ask him yourself easier kot?!
Mr S: oh....
Me: So you ask him yourself ah?!
Mr S: Ok.

Mr S: Ya. GiGi you're right, the R40 notebook is to Ms J.
Me: oh... ok... -_-'

Mr C called my extension.
Mr C: GiGi are you in server room now?
Me: This is my extension. So sure not la.. I at my place.
Mr C: oh... are you free to go to server room now?
Me: bit busy but ok la......
Waiting for Mr C tell me what he want from server room but he din say anything but still on the line.
Me: *weird* er.... so I hang up 1st and go to server room and call you back...
Mr C: Ok, hang up...

Case 5
Mr C called...
Mr C: GiGi, can you help me to check how many no user PC on the desk now?
Me: Mr C, can I check for you later? I'm now helping ppl here to book flight ticket. They are flying tomorrow. Is urgent.
Mr C: But this is urgent too. Cos new hire is coming next Monday.
Me: Ya, I know they come next Monday. But the managers here fly TOMORROW wo!
Mr C: ok. pls let me know ASAP.
Me: Ok... *eiks~*

There're some other cases la... but can't remember them all...
Really ah... always heard a friend complaint about her IT is siao siao...
